We protects our buyers interest by providing a fair order cancellation policy.

Orders placed at this website are processed in 2 phases:
   1) Orders placed before 3 PM IST
   2) Orders placed after 3 PM IST

Cancellation of orders placed BEFORE 3 PM IST

• Orders placed before 3 PM are processed on same day. To request a cancellation of such order, you need to inform us before 5 PM on the same day.
• Cancellation requests are to be sent at from your registered e-mail address.
• Clearly mention order number and cancellation request in your e-mail and use 'Urgent Order Cancellation Request' as subject line.

Cancellation of orders placed AFTER 3 PM IST

• Orders placed after 3 PM are processed on next day. To request a cancellation of such order, you need to inform us before 12 PM on the next day.
• Cancellation requests are to be sent at from your registered e-mail address.
• Clearly mention order number and cancellation request in your e-mail and use 'Order Cancellation Request' as subject line.

What happens after order cancellation?

• Once cancellation request is accepted, orders stand cancel in your account. You can check the order status after logging into your account and going to 'My Orders'.
• We will also inform you by e-mail once order cancellation is complete.
• The refund for the amount paid against cancelled order will be initiated within 24 hours.
• Depending on your bank, the refund may take upto 10 days to appear in your bank account.

Note: Order cancellations are at our sole discretion. Order cancellation requests are liable to be rejected in case of incorrect/incomplete information.
