Inspite of making all attempts to provide you highest quality products, manufacturing defects may creep in some products. For such cases, we protect all its buyers from unintenional losses.
All items purchased on this website are covered with a refund policy of days from date of sale. Buyers can return the goods at our office address (mentioned below) within this timeline and full refund will be granted to buyers.
Please keep a note of following conditions that must be met to obtain a refund:
1. The goods should not be damaged by mishandling/dropping/throwing and any other action weather done intenionally or un-intentionally.
2. The original packing of goods including tags and labels should be intact.
3. Refunds will be provided by way of electronic transfer of funds into buyer's designated bank account number. Cheques/Demand Drafts will not be issued.
4. The logistics expense of sending back items to our office will have to be paid by the buyer in first place and same will be refunded along-with amount of actual goods in question.
5. Please provide following information while returning goods:
a) Your full name, bank name, account number, branch address & MICR code where refund is sought.
b) Original bill sent with the goods.
c) Supporting for logistics charges borne for sending the goods back.
(The final amount of refund for logistics charges will be decided by us in this matter and information sent by buyer is for indicative purpose only)
