We have tied up with best logistics providers to ensure quick and safe delivery of products at your doorstep.
Although most of the locations on the map of India are serviced, there are still few locations which are not covered for delivery. It is therefore very important that correct address with pincode is provided in your shipping address.
How to check if your location is covered?
Locations in India are identified by pincode. After you have added an item to your cart and proceed to checkout, you will be asked to enter shipping address. If your location is not serviceable, you will receive a message that we cannot deliver to your address. You can choose to get the order delivered at any of your friend or relative's address if they live in a nearby location which is serveciable.
How are shipping charges calculated?
Shipping charges are associated with each item independently. After you add one or more items to your cart and proceed to checkout, total shipping charges on your account will be displayed on payment page.
What is dispatch time?
Based on the stock availability, different items may have different dispatch time. You can see the estimated dispatch time below 'Buy Now' button for each item.
Please note that Sundays & public holidays are not to be counted while calculating the dispatch time. Once the item is dispatched, a notification is sent to buyer by way of an SMS on their registered mobile number and also by e-mail on their registered e-mail address. The delivery time of the item depends on buyer's location and may range anywhere between 2 to 15 days.
