Nevertheless, scholars believe that the Rudraksha worn by the Guru can be worshipped, it should not be worn. One should also not wear Rudraksha worn by the father etc.

Wear or remove Rudraksha while going to the toilet, in the bath or during sex?

There is no instruction anywhere regarding prohibition of Rudraksha while going to the toilet, in the bath or during sex, whereas there is instruction to always wear Rudraksha.
